After dinner and cake outside we came inside for bath and presents. The boys pulled an Aunt Julie; they took obscure items from the house and wrapped them up as gifts. Jonas gave his air plane neck pillow, and Zaky gave her one of my scarves. We got her a tent from IKEA. Which has been enjoyed by all for everything from puppet shows, to filling with pillows and jumping into from atop of the couch. Happy Birthday Anna-Lena.

Off to school
Well my plans are changing. I bought Anna Lena this back pack to have one of her own, and thinking she would go to day care a few days a week in the spring. But I found the school dramatically increased the cost. So my little partner will stay my partner and enjoy taking her brothers to school, with her very own back pack of course.

Sand box
Of everything our house has to offer, the sand box is probably the most used. And I don't understand the attraction to covering yourself entirely with sand. And I need to enjoy this more and complain about sweeping up sand in the house less.
Painting
The clay pots didn't quite turn out like the picture but nobody really cares as long as there is enough paint to cover the inside and outside.
Kids say the darnedest things
Jonas "mama, when are you going to lay another baby?"
