Yes those are cushions stacked up to the bunk bed. And yes those are the kids sliding down from the top bunk to the bottom of the other bunk. And yes it was Bill's idea.

This month stinks as far as dad time. Bill is incredibly encouraged and fulfilled and excited. Yes this is good. I had a friend come from Jordan for a week to help ( largely kept me from loosing my temper, whiteness and all). But we are on trip three of four, and we need our Bill home😣

Me: these (grabbing his strong legs) these are your muscles, they are strong 

J: these aren't muscles, these are my spider man skills

J: you know those bumpy things on my leg mamma, those are my spider man skills they help me jump!

J: I love people, don't you like when I love people? Isn't that a good tradition?

I really try not to laugh😣

Very first haircut

Only two and half years old she gets her first hair cut. More like her feathers cut.  The goal to keep snot out of her bangs and the neighbors to stop telling me to get her hair cut.  Our friend Lamease was the one to give Zaky his first hair cut, and also Jonas, and now also Anna Lena.

Oh wait that's not how it goes.i know this because I finally talked my kis into watching the 'girl princess scary movie' as it was called. It was worth the wait. We watched it as it was sleeting outside then again the next day after playing in the snow. Very cool, or cold!

Snow at 5:30 am

Yes 5:30!!!

Don't ever tell Zaky the night before that there is no school because of snow. At least don't then expect to sleep in a little bit.
