Jonas is showing himself to be a bit of an introvert. Combine that with knowing no Arabic, school has been hard for our little man. He doesn't cry anymore, and if we ask he says he "wasn't a lump". He holds onto his backpack as security. The nun has told me she takes everything out of his pack before they take their walks to lighten it. But he still doesn't play with the other kids. I asked him the other day if he played with a boy or girl, "I pushed the girl, I was mean to her"
Jonas "I don't have friends at school, Zaky's my friend". Awwww
Zaky has made a couple of friends, the one he talks about the most is Ali -who's bigger then him, never just Ali. I asked the teacher which one was Ali, she said there wasn't an Ali, Basam is his buddy. He apparently just calls them all Ali until he knows their name, to funny!!!
Anna Lena has met one of my favorite milestones - sleeping through the night !!!
Zaky's teacher told me he started crying at school today and it was not clear why. I slowly got out of him he does not like the class upstairs. After talking to the teacher found out this is Arabic class. I was telling my in-laws this on skype in front of Zaky and his British buddies, they both chimed in how they don't like Arabic either. I was thankful to hear Zaky is normal.

Awww. That makes me want to cry for him! Poor thing. Hopefully he can adjust quickly so he isn't so upset.
