Yes something is different

If you will take notice of his right arm. He had a green cast, now he has a black splint. Last Friday his school called to tell me he had pulled his cast off, yes slipped it right off. We went back to the ER, instead of replacing the cast just for 1 week they recommended the splint for 10 days. Fine by me the cast was having a real funk odor. Crazy boy!!!

Show time

We tried to build up Jonas' show. He would have none of it, but when the curtain went up!!! Little man stole the show, in my unbiased opinion. Although he would not put on the cap and gown.

Tough couple of days

Little ladies breathing wasn't getting any better. We had blood drawn that showed she did not warrant antibiotics AGAIN. Waited it out a few more days, continuing with her inhalers. The day her breathing was noticeably improved she threw up 3 times. The next day, with meds, no throwing up. Today eating well ,sleeping well , and breathing good! Quick someone take a picture!

Our crew loves the swings. Anna-Lena though is the only one who gets to swing inside.

I talked to the teachers yesterday, they asked if I would talk to Jo because they are havering a little show and he is refusing to sing or go on the stage. I told them he said he liked school and that he likes the chocolate. Miss Sukina said she gives him lots of chocolate every day not to cry, but he still won't sing. I get a kick out of my kid.

I would like to say they had the stage to themselves but there was actually a lady trying to play piano and sing while the two of them were twirling around.

We jokingly (sort of) tell others we have already put the 7 cow deposit down for young Alice. She is a highly sought after lady with many suitors, but we are pretty sure she only has eyes for our little man.

Retreat

We had our area field retreat this past weekend. Highlights: lots of adult conversation with friends I don't get to see often, no cooking, no dishes, nap in the afternoon, good prayer times. Another highlight, the same group from two years ago from a Florida church came to do child care and activities. They cried when they left our kids after 4 days, how awesome is that!
